A blend of stainless steel and neutral barrel-aged Marsanne, Viognier, and Roussanne for a wine with crisp acidity and texture.
58% Mourvèdre, 20% Cinsaut, 11% Grenache Noir, 10% Counoise
This Rosé was made in the Saignee method, pulling juice from our red wines to darken their color while creating a beautiful rosé wine with strawberry and watermelon notes. All varietals were co-fermented and aged together prior to bottling.
40% Syrah, 17% Petite Sirah, 14% Mourvèdre, 9% Alicante Bouschet, 9% Cinsaut, 6% Counoise, 5% Grenache Noir
This youthful wine offers plum and cherry aromas with a medium bodied texture and earthy flavors. All varietals were co-fermented and aged together prior to bottling.
