Aged Sur Lie (on the lees) in stainless steel, this wine is named in honor of the winemaker’s Grandma Nellie, as a tribute to the incredible women in our lives. Pair with soft cheeses, citrus chicken, or spaghetti and clams.
2022 Cinsaut
100% Cinsaut – Coyote Canyon & Meek Vineyard - Yakima Valley
{Pronounced San-So} Handpicked, destemmed and aged in neutral French oak. Pair with poultry, Moroccan dishes or Gruyere cheese.
2022 Concrete Syrah
100% Syrah – Lawrence Vineyard – Royal Slope
Fermented and aged one year in a 44HL concrete cone. Try grilled lamb and eggplant seasoned with allspice to pair with this medium-bodied Syrah.
