100% Boushey Vineyard Marsanne
There is something so simple yet so complex about this classic white wine originating from the Northern Rhône Valley of France. We ferment our Marsanne in an 18hl concrete egg. Once through fermentation, it is aged Sur Lie (on the lees) in three vessels - concrete egg, new French oak puncheon and neutral French oak. The three components are blended back together to create a beautiful white wine. Its nutty notes make a great pairing with hazelnut crusted halibut, peach crisp, or a cozy night by the fireplace.
50% Grenache Noir, 50% Syrah
Summertime, our favorite time, is for rosé! Dry and crisp, it’s our go-to bottle for the boat! Whether we’re chilling down lake, cruising up lake, or picnicking at the dock, it pairs perfectly with the charcuterie supplies stocked in the cooler. Sourced from Meek Vineyard, the Grenache Noir and Syrah grapes in the blend go directly from the vineyard into the press, giving it the lightest pink hue that just may rival summer sunsets in Lake Chelan. 600 cases
51% Cinsaut, 33% Counoise, 16% Carignan
A tribute to Lacey’s three brothers, this medium-bodied blend brings together three southern Rhône “siblings” - Counoise, Cinsaut, and Carignan - each expressive on its own, yet even more compelling in harmony. Light in color but generous in character, it opens with vibrant red berry notes, subtle spice, and a fresh lift that feels just right for spring. Pair with with honey-glazed ham, roasted spring vegetables, grilled salmon, or mushroom risotto for a meal that highlights its lively fruit and savory charm.
100% Syrah
In the Rhône Valley, vignerons ferment and age more wine in concrete than they do in oak barrels and we took notice! Inspired by the red wines of the Cornas region of the northern Rhône Valley of France, this Solaksen Vineyard Syrah, part of Lawrence Family Vineyards on the Royal Slope AVA, was fermented and aged in a 40HL concrete cone. Without ever seeing the inside of an oak barrel, this is Syrah in its truest form. The artwork on the bottles was drawn by our son, Francis (now age 12).
95% Alicante Bouschet, 3% Syrah, 2% Mourvedre
Big, bold and rich in color, Alicante Bouschet is one of 12 teinturier grape varietals in the world. Both the skins and flesh are red in color due to anthocyanin pigments compounding within the berry pulp itself (fancy!). Most red wines develop their color from the grape skins during the fermentation process. A cross between Grenache and Petit Bouschet, Alicante Bouschet was originally developed to be a blending grape, but we love showcasing this rare varietal all on its own. Best enjoyed on a cozy night in, piecing together your favorite puzzle! 316 cases
