{Pronounced Cush-len} Our take on a Chateauneuf du Pape style blend, the name is a Gaelic translation of "Castle of the Pope." This vineyard-specific blend is sourced entirely from Boushey Vineyard.

23% Mourvèdre – Boushey Vineyard - Yakima Valley
21% Syrah – Boushey Vineyard - Yakima Valley
9% Counoise - Boushey Vineyard - Yakima Valley
9% Cinsaut - Boushey Vineyard - Yakima Valley
The Winemaking
The Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre were fermented whole cluster (no destemming or crushing). All other varieties were destemmed and fermented whole berry. All wines were aged in neutral French oak (no new barrels were used).
Volume
This limited release 3L magnum is equal to 4 standard 750ml bottles of wine. Limited in quantity, we only have 48 bottles available.
Pair with beef bourguignon, roast lamb or gilled vegetables.
