Join us in Lake Chelan for a special Fall Barrel Dinner with Chef Austin Harmon as we raise a glass to another harvest in the books! Chef Austin has created a five-course, fall-inspired menu thoughtfully paired with our Rhône-inspired wines, celebrating the flavors of the season.
From winter squash and baked brie to lamb gnocchi and pork shank, each course brings something special to the table. We'll wrap up the evening in the barrel room with a sweet finish and an exclusive taste of our 2025 Icarus and Daedalus straight from the barrel!
