The Wine
Picardan is a cross between Clairette Blanche and Picpoul Blanc and is one of the allowed varietals in Chateauneuf du Pape. It is known for its aromatics and racy acidity.

Hand picked and direct to press. Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks. Aged Sur Lie for 6 months. This maintains the bright acidity and freshness of the wines while enhancing the aromas and texture of the wine.

Pair with fresh seafood - oysters, dungeness crab, scallops, halibut, etc.
