The Wine
A varietal Syrah from one of our favorite Washington state vineyards, this wine has Bing cherry and blackcurrant liqueur on the nose with a rich palate of plum, salumi and green peppercorn. Artwork by Whinemaker Francis (age 4).

The Winemaking
Fermented whole berry and aged in 225L neutral French oak barrels.
