Join Charlie & Lacey us for a deep dive into the world of Syrah through the lens of six distinct wines—all crafted by Cairdeas.

Led by winemaker Charlie Lybecker, this Master Class is designed for wine lovers ready to explore how AVA, vintage, and winemaking choices shape the final expression in the glass.

The Tasting Flight:

🍷 Concrete Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVA
Fermented and aged in a concrete cone. Pure, structured, and earthy.

🍷 Barrel-Aged Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVA
Aged in neutral oak. Softer, rounder, and layered with dark fruit and spice.

🍷 Estate Syrah – Lake Chelan AVA
Grown and made onsite. A true expression of our home vineyard.

🍷 El Muchuelo Syrah – Lake Chelan AVA
A bold, spicy take on Lake Chelan Syrah with depth and personality.

🍷 2021 Stone Ridge Syrah – Royal Slope AVA
🍷 2022 Stone Ridge Syrah – Royal Slope AVA
From a rugged, sun-drenched site. Big structure, dark fruit, and smoky character.

Throughout the class, Charlie will guide you through each wine, diving into the differences in terroir, winemaking approach, and vintage character—plus plenty of stories along the way. Includes a charcuterie spread to enjoy along with your flight.

Join us for an unforgettable evening as we toast the release of our newest Estate Wines: the 2023 Estate Sparkling Clairette Blanche, 2024 Estate Picardan, and 2023 Estate Syrah. These wines are a true expression of our land and the unique terroir of the Lake Chelan Valley—and we're thrilled to share them with you.
 
To mark this special occasion, we've partnered with Chef Aaron Tekulve of Surrell to craft a one-of-a-kind dining experience. Known for his artful approach to seasonal cuisine, Chef Tekulve will present a multi-course menu showcasing the best of Pacific Northwest farmers, fishermen, and foragers—with a special emphasis on fresh, locally-sourced seafood designed to complement each wine.
 
We invite you to gather with us for this intimate and thoughtfully curated evening of food, wine, and community. It's more than a dinner—it’s a celebration of craftsmanship, place, and the joy of sharing it all with good company.

Rosé Sunset Cruise

Climb aboard the Lady of the Lake for a golden-hour cruise through the heart of Lake Chelan. We’ll pass by the Cairdeas Barn as the sun sets over the valley, Rosé in hand and summer in full swing.
