2024 Estate Sparkling Clairette Blanche

A wine region map of France’s Rhône Valley led us to the home of Crémant de Die (pronounced “dee”), a sparkling wine made from the Clairette Blanche grape. With this inspiration and estate-grown fruit, we crafted a brut nature version using the traditional méthode. A later visit to the Rhône Valley confirmed it: our wine aligns with its Rhône counterpart. Best sipped to celebrate the special occasions of life. Clink!

Made in the traditional method. Aged in tirage for one year and finished brut nature, no additonal sugars added during the dosage at disgorging.
