The Wine

Before we even bought our property, we had dreams of planting Joseph Phelps clone Syrah, high density and head trained as they do in the Rhône Valley of France. We hand pick the fruit
and ferment with some stem inclusion to highlight the earthy and spicy characteristics of the wine. Our Estate Syrah is dedicated to our dear friend, Stacy Bentley.

The grapes were handpicked and fermented with some stem inclusion to highlight the earthy and spicy characteristics of the wine. Aged in neutral French oak.
