Nellie is our grandmother who is a huge inspiration to us and Mae is a name that crosses both of our backgrounds representing some of the strongest and most passionate women we know.

Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks and aged sur lies (on the lees). This maintains the bright acidity and freshness of the wines while enhancing the aromas.
