Join us for a post-harvest winemaker's dinner with Szmania's Catering! We'll be serving a seasonal feast paired with a selection of our Rhône-inspired wines, highlighting blends and single varietals sourced from the Royal Slope AVA.

• Madras curry dusted oysters with mignonette Candied fennel on crostini

Dinner {family style}
• Hot smoked trout tartine with house made aioli
• Red Anjou pear & walnut salad with pomegranate molasses Silk chili
• Carrots with whipped aubergine caviar
• Squash & reblochon tartiflette
• Roasted medium-rare leg of lamb with braised Kogane cabbage

Plated dessert
• Black berry sorbet with tonka bean rice wafer & chocolate mousse
