Led by winemaker Charlie Lybecker, this Master Class is designed for wine lovers ready to explore how AVA, vintage, and winemaking choices shape the final expression in the glass.
The Tasting Flight:
🍷 Concrete Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVA Fermented and aged in a concrete cone. Pure, structured, and earthy.
🍷 Barrel-Aged Syrah – Solaksen Vineyard, Royal Slope AVA Aged in neutral oak. Softer, rounder, and layered with dark fruit and spice.
🍷 Estate Syrah – Lake Chelan AVA Grown and made onsite. A true expression of our home vineyard.
🍷 El Muchuelo Syrah – Lake Chelan AVA A bold, spicy take on Lake Chelan Syrah with depth and personality.
🍷 2021 Stone Ridge Syrah – Royal Slope AVA 🍷 2022 Stone Ridge Syrah – Royal Slope AVA From a rugged, sun-drenched site. Big structure, dark fruit, and smoky character.
