2022 Solaksen Syrah - 14.7% Alc./Vol.

Picked from the same Solaksen Vineyard that goes into our Concrete Syrah, we took a different path with this portion of Syrah. Fermented in open-top bins with twice-daily punchdowns, then aged in neutral French oak puncheons, this Syrah offers a rounder, more generous expression. The oak adds subtle softness, letting the wine unfold with dark berries, spice, and layered complexity. Artwork by our son, Francis.
