53% Petite Sirah -Inland Desert, Kamiak, Native River & Petersen Vineyards
40% Syrah - Boushey & Meek Vineyards
7% Mourvèdre - Coyote Canyon Vineyard
The Winemaking
Fruit was hand picked and destemmed only. Fermented in open top fermenters and aged in 225L barrels.
