The Wine

This limited release Roussanne was aged sur lies (on the lees) in neutral French oak barrels for 9 months, creating a wine with a light creamy texture and incredible aromatics.

The Winemaking

Fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks, then aged sur lies with battonage in neutral French oak barrels for 11 months prior to bottling. 150 cases produced.

Food Pairings

This full bodied white wine pairs well with spicy paella, lobster bisque or assorted cheese and charcuterie.
