Trí is the Gaelic word for three, and this wine is a blend of the three most common red Rhône varietals, with Syrah as the dominant grape.

The Winemaking
The Syrah, Grenache and Mourvèdre were destemmed and fermented whole berry. All wines were aged independently in neutral French oak and blended three months prior to bottling.
Pair with manchego cheese, lamb burger or peppercorn steak.
