100% Cinsaut – Meek Vineyard - Yakima Valley
The Winemaking
Both varietals were destemmed and fermented whole berry. The wines were aged separately in a total of 30% new 500L French oak puncheons and 70% neutral French oak, and blended prior to bottling.
Pair with poultry, Moroccan dishes or Gruyere cheese.
