The Wine

Our Estate Syrah is Joseph Phelps clone, planted high density and head trained as they do in the Rhône Valley of France. Dedicated to our dear friend, Stacy Bentley.

100% Syrah – Cairdeas Winery – Lake Chelan AVA

The Winemaking

The grapes were handpicked and fermented with some stem inclusion to highlight the earthy and spicy characteristics of the wine. Aged in neutral French oak.
