100% Syrah - Chouette Vineyard - Lake Chelan AVA
The Winemaking
Fruit was hand picked and destemmed. Fermented whole berry with stem inclusion and aged in a combination of neutral French oak puncheons and barriques. Only 122 cases produced.
Pairs well with grilled eggplant, filet mignon, or grilled lamb.
